Through movement, mindfulness, and creative expression, Coco offers a nurturing space where clients can reconnect with their Body, Mind, and Soul, cultivating awareness, trust, and belonging.

Yoga Client

I have been in Coco’s class for a few months now, and I really enjoy the overall atmosphere she creates. Her teaching voice is relaxing, and her instructions are clear. By pairing the practice with the right music, she ensures that the flow of the class is smooth and gentle.

The class helps me work up a sweat in the beginning and then fully relax afterward. Being in Coco’s classes takes me away from the fast-paced rhythm of everyday life, allowing me to slow down and have a conversation with myself from the inside out.

Meditation Client

There are always noises in my mind when I try to meditate on my own, and I can’t even complete five minutes of practice. I enjoyed the time I meditated with Coco—we celebrated our tiny victories. By listening to my heart through my breath and tuning into my body, I learned that meditation can be both dynamic and still. Simply focusing on something with intention made all the difference. My heart felt quiet. I accepted my emotions and didn’t resist any thoughts. I became more aware of the small fluctuations in life. I think this is a beautiful way to celebrate and embrace life.

Dear Coco,

Thank you for accompanying me through the process of ten art therapy sessions.

As I navigate life's challenges, I experience different mood changes, which are reflected in the style and colors of my art. I shifted from wanting to add many elements to embracing a "less is more" approach, finding calmness and stability.

Thank you for guiding me through this experience. I have always wanted to try creating a mandala without rigid frameworks or limitations, and I truly enjoyed it. I found so much inspiration during my time with Coco.
