My Approach

I work from a trauma-informed, client-centered, and somatic approach, creating a supportive space for self-exploration and healing. I encourage clients to deepen their awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection, tune into their heart space, and reflect on their identity and relationships—with themselves, others, and their environment. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they cultivate self-worth and trust in their innate ability to heal.

Through yoga and art therapy, I help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves—from the outside in—while providing tools to create balance and a sense of purpose in their lives.
