Coco's yoga journey began over 10 years ago. During this time she has had the privilege to practice a variety of yoga styles in different parts of the world. Her travels and experiences have allowed her to integrate and provide a unique yoga experience to her students encompassing the Body, Mind, and Soul.

I have tried to meditate on my own, and there are always noises in my mind, and I can't even complete five minutes of practice. Today, I meditated with Coco, we had a theme of celebrating every tiny victory. By watching my heart through my breath and listening to my body, I learned that meditation can be both dynamic and still, simply put your focus on something. It can be creating, practicing music, or simply sitting or lying down, being aware of the present. My heart was quiet, I accepted the emotions and didn’t resist any thoughts. Because of a small step or change in life, I feel joy from the bottom of my heart. I think this is a lovely celebration and encouragement to life!

Through Coco’s art class I rediscovered the joy and playfulness of drawing. Her class gives just the right amount of challenge to bring me into a flow state without fear and judgement. Through Coco’s guidance, I can slowly turn gestures into patterns that resonate with my soul. The energy of the rhythm and repetition allow me to forget about time and results. Before the class ends, Coco leads me through the process of giving my own meaning to the work. This help me identify the mood I'm in that day, which gives me a greater indication for where I should focus more intention on. Coco’s class provides me with a delightful direction towards bringing my inner state onto the paper, connecting my body, mind, and soul together.
